I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market
Interview
I've been in the retail industry for about 18 years. I've never experienced an interview process like Whole Foods! It took about two weeks. There was an initial interview. Then a research phase in which I contacted other Team Leaders who I basically got to pick their brains and get advice from. I also had to write a 30-60-90 day business plan. Then a final panel interview.

I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (East Lansing, MI)
Interview
Overall a good experience, asked to do some small amount of prep work to present before a panel. Solo video interview followed by a panel interview with 4-5 leaders. I would recommend others to apply.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Houston, TX) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview was a panel interview with other team leads. They asked multiple situational questions and how I would handle certain things. Overall straightforward if you have problem solving skills.

I applied online. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Jacksonville Beach, FL) in June 2023
Interview
Super easy interview process. They asked basic questions, like where I lived, availability, and in what area I would like to work within the store. They asked why I would be a good fit for the position, how do I respond to new project assignments, and what I had learned from one of my mentors.
