Super straight forward and to the point. If you get an interview they are simply looking to make sure you are presentable, personable and your availability is solid. If you check those boxes you pretty much got the job!

What is your availability? Where will you be one year from now?
Talking about your past experiences, and answering some situational questions related to the job. How you dealt with conflicts with coworkers and with customers, and how you resolved it. Pretty short and easy questions.

Interview
Relaxed interview process, hanged out in front of the store and answered questions. Offered a position on the spot and discussed benefits and next steps. Must be willing to work at least one weekend day a week.
The interview last about 30 minutes and I met with 3 people. They asked about my personal life, professional experiences, and talked a lot about the atmosphere of the store.
