Basically, the interview process was broken down like this:
1. Apply online.
2. Phone Interview with your immediate Team Leader.
3. An in-person interview at the store with your immediate Team Leader plus a member of the Regional Staff.
4. 45-minute Panel Interview with various Team Leaders, Store Leadership, and a member of the Regional Staff. Basic interview round-table format, where you interact with everyone in the room which can be up to about 10 people. After your 10 minute presentation of skills and technical ability, you have a roundtable review with Q&A session.
At the time, there was a hard focus on company culture and values. In addition, all positions, whether it is advertised or not, are sales positions. If you are not comfortable helping and selling to customers in the store, do not apply.
