From my interview experience, I can guess your third interviewer. I had a very similar "lobby" experience. This was a highly unprofessional person with no clear agenda for the interview, almost no respect for the interviewee, and came 45 min late and pretended it was normal (last interview of the day). The remaining 7 out of 8 interviewers were very nice and professional.
