Interview
The Director of Nursing had my resume in front of her already and she was very friendly. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She started small talk with me before we actually went into the interview and it help to calm me down. I walked in shaking because I just graduated school and this was the first interview I had been to.

She had me if I had any prior experience, such as being a CNA.

Interview
She asked how I would handle drama with other employees and that was it. You can't even consider it an interview because they hire everyone who walks in the door.
