Horrible management, lazy CNAs, nurses who don't do their job. Dirty.

Pros
Some of the residents are great to see everyday.
Cons
The nurses do things on a daily basis where they could lose their license, the CNAs are the same way, this company hires everyone who walks in the door, they can NOT keep anyone. The only people that are still working there have been there for 15+ years and they can't find the same pay elsewhere. They pay really crappy and will work you to DEATH!
