Refreshing, two-stage interview process:
Stage 1 - 30min informal teams call. A casual chat with a lead / manager about the role and your CV.
Stage 2 - 90min in-person interview. Meet and greet, office tour, small test.
The interview was more focused on problem solving and soft skills, rather than technical. Staff were very polite, professional, and engaged during the interview process.
