Winton Group interview questions

1. Recruiter conversation 2. Codility tes 3. HR interview. Quite straightforward. 4. Interview with the hiring manager for the role. Technical 45 mins interview for live coding question. He was 10 mins late to begin with, Constantly interrupting me mid interview and penalise me for not implementing the solution the way he wanted it. Really gave me a bad taste of what the culture would look like at Winton.

Take home codility task - completed a jupyter notebook with questions of varying level's of difficulty. Usage of pandas, scipy and plotting packages. Provided all relevant data for analysis, and allowed for section at the end to talk through methodologies.
