Pros

- A very open culture, whereby I feel if you have a great idea it will enacted. - flexibility to work on what you want to work on, and small enough that you can have a big impact if you work hard. - very collaborative environment; everyone is keen to help out - it feels like you are all working towards the bigger picture and everyone wants the firm to succeed, not just hanging around for a pay cheque. - strong leadership team that's is no longer just reliant on a single founder or CEO.

Cons

Lunches can be hit and miss sometimes, however it is free and I feel like if you voiced your concerns it would be heard. Quarterly bonuses have been smaller than perhaps at other firms (although others pay yearly), but I feel like when performance picks up the bonus is divided much more fairly and equally than other places.
