Walk in interview with 3 rounds 1st round with HR 2nd round with the Manager 3rd round with the head of the department But it took a lot of time to start their process
preliminary interview discussion - they asked the questions not in line with my experience and gave hypothetical scenarios to solve. company interview process can be robust and improved to give opportunity to grow for smart people who can learn the things fastly
