They send a test, with very limited information, if you haven't done this job before (which clearly shows from the resume) it's impossible to do it since it's a very specific test and you are not supposed to use any help. I don't understand why they can't just test logic and general knowledge, or do not waste candidates time and advertise as entry level position when you clearly see they never worked in this field if you want them to write a report like you would in the actual job (they won't know the protocol how it should look like!!!).

I received an automated rejection email just prior to the interview on Zoom. I still attended the interview, as did a rep from wise, but after my brief introduction they quickly said I didn't meet their qualifications. I was told I would be more suitable for another role and given a homework assignment, which I completed and sent back in well within the time constraints.... never heard back...never got any confirmation.
