      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Singapore) in Mar 2018

      Interview

I have applied through LinkedIn and the recruiter called me within a week. The first stage would be an On-site face to face meeting or Skype interview: This is a general conversation and they ask you questions regarding your previous projects and the usual stuff. They also try to check how much you know about TrasnferWise. The second round is a take-home exam to build a simple app.

      Interview

Started the process by sending CV using company website. Recruiter was a nice person to chat (communication was through email). 1/ Screening interview. 2/ Tech task, not difficult. 3/ Tech meeting with two engineers. Average interview with good questions and live-coding task (online shared code editor). 4/ Product interview with product manager and designer. Questions about motivation, building apps through users view, UI/UX questions. 5/ Interview with Engineering VP and Business Team lead. Also questions about motivation and analyzing previous project and experience. All interviews were approximately 1,5-2 hours. All interviews times were changed after confirm. But, need to mention, shifts were in my previously submitted allowable time ranges. In the end, no offer despite completely positive feedback except from one last interviewer. The conclusion from him: "showed not enough motivation to work in our company". Which, imho, is a little bit odd after sending CV by me as a start point and spending hours & hours on interviews and tech task. In general, interesting experience with the sudden end.

      Question 1

Personally, live-coding session probably was the most nervous part.
