Interview
It was a very enjoyable interview which lasted an hour. They made me feel comfortable and asked great questions. They appreciated my knowledge about Wise's mission and company culture. The whole recrutiment process was great.

As a part of the application process, I'm sending you the assignment that I'd like you to get back to me within three working days from now. When sending back the assignment, please make sure to send back all the files that you edited or changed and also describe what methods you used and how much time did it take for you to complete the assignment. Note that there are no limitations as to how to present your answers.

1. How long does a payment from USD to SGD take, when customers use ACH Direct Debit payment method? What are the different factors that might affect it?
2. TransferWise enables our customers to send money online. Based on the information available to you, what are the ways that TransferWise can ensure that the customer themselves are using their TransferWise account?
3. Imagine that you have a limited liability company in Singapore. Describe what actions you have to do to start making business transfers in TransferWise.

Interview
Pretty normal interview. Had a small task beforehand. Interviewers were maybe a bit intense, one of them were calling from their bed, but otherwise seemed okay. Gave feedback on the same day.
