I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wise in June 2024
Interview
I interviewed over a 6 week period. I had a scheduled Zoom screening call which I turned up to but the interviewer failed to show up. Subsequently, I was asked to reschedule this myself in their calendar.
I had a 30 minute call which seemed positive, and was invited to a 1 hour hacker rank test which had a few questions. This was on the more difficult side, however I managed to answer all the questions correctly within the time frame.
I was told 3 days later that I was invited to present a case study and technical interview. This case study required quite a lot of research and presentation from external sources. I was given 1 week to prepare and this was followed by questions on the case study and a technical screening.
I was informed 1 week later that I would not be progressing to the next stage (there were 2 more stages) and was given no feedback, even though the email mentioned I could contact for further feedback, I had not received a response to my reply asking for further feedback.
Very sketchy interview process. Like some of the other reviews mentioned I was given a take home assessment as part of the process. After submitting never heard anything back even after following up. They also have a habit of continually reposting roles.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (London, England) in May 2025
Interview
The communication with the recruiter was fast and on-point. After an initial call, I was sent a test task to complete within 7 days. It was a case study with a database. I used Python to analyse the code. After reviewing my case study, I was invited to a technical interview. There were 3 sections - SQL, Product thinking, and another case study.

Interview
The interviewer was non stop interrupting me and also told me what i should and shouldn’t say in an interview, but didn’t let me talk about my experience. I found it quite rude.
