Based on my experience, Wise has an impressive and seamless recruitment process. The candidate’s skills are thoroughly assessed, and the decision-making is both accurate and well-informed. One aspect I truly appreciate is how fast the process is—without compromising on the quality or depth of evaluation.

Question 1
The interview included both behavioral and situational questions that effectively assessed my past experiences. The interviewers also tested my transparency by posing thought-provoking and challenging questions. Knowledge based questions about the role were also asked. As a whole, it needs a deep dive interview preparation to crack the interview. Wishing all the best to the new upcoming WISErs currently going through the recruitment process, as well as to those exploring interview guidance while researching companies.

Interview
Made it to the final round of interviews alongside a select few candidates. The conversation initially felt more like an interrogation, but it gradually became more natural and fluid. During the face-to-face session, the interviewers shared detailed expectations about the kind of candidate they’re seeking.
