After completing an initial phone interview with HR and a subsequent phone interview with the recruiting manager, I was given a home assignment. Upon submitting the assignment, I received an email from the company stating that they had decided to stop the hiring process. Unfortunately, they did not provide any additional feedback or explanation for their decision, leaving me uncertain about the reasons behind it and how I could improve my candidacy for future opportunities.
