My interview process experience was extremely smooth. Cat, the main recruiter in my case, was very comunicative and I was never left without any news, the next steps were extremely clear. Interview managers were friendly and would always try to make me be comfortable.

There was an interview with the team leader at the beginning instead of an HR interview
It was an interesting interview, it is not clear why the team leader called and not the HR manager
Simple process. Intro phone call, and two interviews with a team lead and a group leader. There was another with HR but it seemed the decision to hire had been made before that interview.
