For this role, the candidate has 3 rounds of interview: 1. F2F or online interview In this, the candidate is tested on basic concepts of computer science and aptitude. It includes things like OOPs concepts, and simple programming questions. 2. Two weeks training at an institute for learning about the low code platform, followed by an interview at the end of the training 3. Final round of interview

I was interviewed and got shortlisted for training at RV College for about 5 days every alternative day. After completion of training in 15 days, they called for final interview which is taken by CEO of this company. He didn’t ask questions from Resume or training, he asked questions randomly and selected 1 or 2 out of 20 candidates. You guys wasted everyone’s time of one month just to ask random questions??? Don’t even know how to interview freshers?? Everyone complained about CEO’s behaviour. Everyone travelled around 30-40 Kms in Bangalore traffic and few came from another district just to reach the training location and you guys don’t even ask even one single question from the training & resume🫡
