They don't ask you for your educational details at all ...they just see Ur communication skills ... They have interview over phone and Skype ... They take a very long time to conduct interviews asking silly and unwanted stuff

Relaxed, just had to do a case study on New Zealand taxation. A one on one interview with the CEO which last around half an hour, no technical questions just a go through of my CV and my career goals.
