Interview
A panel of interviewers were present (HR included). Questions weren’t tough to answer but they kept focusing if I foresee any challengers if I were to get in the job. It’s like asking a question with no answer as experiences are usually gained while being in the job.
It seems that the interview is just a formality but they have a fixed idea of who they would rather hire. The interviewers function like robots as they kept typing on their laptop with minimum eye contact and disinterest to know me. Overall, it was unpleasant and definitely gives the vibes that it’s better off not joining.

Interview
Agreed with the other commenter - vibe felt off. Questions were asked as if they were read from a script, with little interest in knowing about the candidate’s background. There will be 2 rounds in total.
The entire vibe felt off and suss because many roles from the same department were vacant, due to attrition and re-org. The panel size felt relatively huge for a first round (2 ADs, 1 SM + HR), and the interviewers felt dead and questions asked were transactional with no interest on how you can contribute or be developed in a career with them. I did not pursue the role with them thereafter as the presented red flags were alarming.
