The interview was pleasant, no real major complaints. There was an assessment, which was not hard just time consuming. I'm still not sure exactly what this company does. There's something to do with politics and something to do with helping people in need. Not quite sure how one would measure success and goals.

Interview
Four rounds of interviews over the course of a month and a detailed project plan “assessment” that took over 4 hours to complete. Afterwards, and upon rejection, no feedback on how I did through the process.
