Application: I applied online through a job search website, shortly after I applied the recruitment advisor contacted me to arrange a phone interview. Interview: The interview process was divided into three, an initial phone interview, a face to face with the recruitment advisor and the person I would be covering while on maternity leave and the last interview was with the manager. For me the interview process was positive, they made an effort to see me early in the morning to avoid the interview interfering with my job at the time and they came back to me promptly with feedback after each interview stage.
