I applied online in November 2022, and was invited to the interview 3 months later. Still waiting for the outcome. Very slow process. As for the interview, it is quite smooth if you are an adept candidate.
Panel interview, straightforward. Usually representation from the unit practice manager, Lead specialist, someone from country management unit, and HR, etc. Technical detailed questions and behavioral question both are equally critical.

Non-transparent whatsoever. Generic questions that lead you to think they already have a candidate in mind. Technical people without HR or specific knowledge in the panel. Panel is not interested to follow up to your answers. Feedback is generic and poor.

Long drawn out process. First process was shortlisting and then 1 panel interview with 8 questions with 5 people and then 1 final interview. 8 questions very specific to the position and the orgainization.
