Interview
Very smooth process asking about your ability to listen to others under stressful conditions and if you can work well with kids of all ages. The questions were somewhat longer than I expected.
It was fairly easy. I sat down with the child care supervisor and the director and was asked some questions and given different scenarios to answer. I only had one interview and then was offeeed the job a couple of days later.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at World YMCA (Baltimore, MD) in June 2021

it was great and they asked a lot of questions and the interviewer was very engaging. i applied and got a response the next day for a phone interview and then i was called for a zoom interview and finished with a in person interview
