Got a text for interview a couple days after applying. Drove an hour to their location at the scheduled time only to have to wait another hour for the director to show up late with no apology or greeting just a "follow me". He asked personal questions that had nothing to do with the position offered and had a very condescending tone. Did not hear back for a few weeks thinking I didn't get the position and ended up getting a call saying I got the position and will be contacted shortly. Only to be put on hold for over a week. I called back and was told by the director himself that the position is no longer open because the employee decided not to leave. But he couldn't have extended the courtesy of letting me know. From all the reviews I've read of this place and my personal experience the director is very rude and does not respect his employees. If you are offered a position and you are in it for the experience I'm sure it will be very valuable. But if you're looking for more than experience then maybe reconsider

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wound Care Surgeons (Canoga Park, CA) in June 2017
Interview
He asked very basic questions. Asked about availability and how soon can you start? By far the easiest interview I've ever had in my life. Basically you get hired if he likes you and how desperate he is to fill the position.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wound Care Surgeons (Canoga Park, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview process is somewhat very basic and not standard. One tier process with the director.
If the director likes you, he/she will ask more specific questions that should be psychoanalytical, personal likes and dislikes etc.
The director might still consider your application/experience despite of you not having to meet all of the "basic" or "standard" requirements mentioned in the job post.
Give it a try, it is worth a shot.
