Interview
Overall : NO MATURITY in Planning and RECRUITMENT.
They have no planning about whom to hire and when to hire. Playing around with candidates time and effort.
2 Skype interviews
In person interview
4 rounds - about 6 people including product, Architect, QE Manager, Automation Engineers
After the interview, they called back in 3 days and told want to move forward and hire me. But we in process of management changes so would roll the offer in 10 days. By the end of 7th day sent the offer. So far everything is good. Two days later called again and telling that they are rolling back the offer. Such an unprofessional folks. I lost my other offer thinking this would be promising since it is a startup. Finally they proved they havent STARTED up. :-(
