basic did not cover anything really regarding my position, Unprofessional setting. seemed very desperate which raised concern. a lot of turn over in this position. You can 't really prepare for this kind of interview.
Self paced interview allows you to answer initial question over the phone. This is a pleasant experience and took a lot of the pressure that one often feels during an interview.
