I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wyndham Destinations (Baraboo, WI) in Feb 2013
Interview
Went through a phone screen, assessment, and a one on one interview. When I got to the one on one interview, it only lasted 20 minutes. Dealing with the recruiters was pleasant but the Sales Manager conducting the face to face interview was acting unprofessional. I was given an offer but I turned it down because I felt my questions were not answered.

Question 1
Talk about a time where your persistence paid off.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wyndham Destinations (San Antonio, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
You meet with every single manager so 6 different people. They are tough, strict, thorough, and fair. It takes a couple of days for them to decide and get back to you because all 6 managers have to agree.

Question 1
Why would you be a good fit. How much do you want to make this year. Where do you see yourself in 5 years.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Wyndham Destinations (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2013
Interview
A corporate recruiter with Wyndham reached out to me via LinkedIn regarding the position. We scheduled a time to talk over the phone. It was more of an informational interview than a phone screen. He informed me I need to obtain my real estate license in order to sell time share in CA. Everything about the job sounded great over the phone and he decided to schedule me for an onsite interview.
He sent me a follow-up email immediately, but the information he told me over the phone didn't match the job description (job ID#1207530) on their career site. I emailed him back my concerns, i.e. work-life balance, benefits and compensation, etc.
Too many red flags so I didn't continue the interview process. He didn't reply to my email. There's no base salary/hourly wage, 100% commission. It's exactly like Vector Marketing aka Cutco. Majority of the people will get the job and realize that it's a scam. Job Seekers Beware!

Question 1
What do you know about Wyndham? Do you have your real estate license? If not, when do you plan on getting it? Are you ok with working weekends/holidays too?
