Interview
First there was a phone interview, then a recruiter interview, and last a managers panel interview. Everything was doable and not difficult at all. They look mostly for personality and character, everything else they can teach you.
Just walk in like you own the place. Have high confidence, be dressed to kill, perfect hygiene, etc. Ladies, I recommend a dress with heels. Guys, absolutely wear a tie, if possible a jacket as well. They don't care about what you know. They care about how you look and how much personality you have.

Apply online and a recruiter will call you. After your phone interview you'll be interviewed my management and the head of the site. If they both like you, you're in.
