Easy process, recruiter did a great t job explaining the position and what skills the right applicant would need. The interview with the Manager was also easy going. They both seemed excited about the company. Waiting to hear back.

Interview process is 3 total. Phone screening with Sales Recruiter, In Person with Sales Recruiter, and last Interview with the vice-president of the sales site. They just ask you inspirations, it turns more into a conversation, to test if you can hold a conversation, which is important in the business.

Recruiter screens for the hiring manager. On site interview 1 on 1, short personality quiz prior, answered within 2 days as to whether I got the position or not.
