Interview
At first you go in with about 20 other people and have to introduce yourself in front of everybody, after that managers split you up and do a rapid interview individually. They then tell you only about 5 people will be called back for another interview. I was called at to this one where I met the main manager who hyped up the pay and type of work we would be doing.

The interview process for this specific role is fairly straight forward. I was contacted by a Recruiter who guided me through the whole process. Questions were straight forward, the company was explained in great detail, and I left better understanding what my role would entail. Overall good experience!

A large group met in a conference room. Half of us were interviewing for outdoors marketing and the other half for inhouse marketing. Then separated into smaller groups to interview our respective managers.

Interview
I enjoyed the interview process because I got to meet employees at all different levels, from Director, Management, to employees with same job title. Everybody was extremely honest in their opinions, super excited for what they do, and made me feel welcomed before I even got the offer.
