Interview
The first round of interviews is with 30+ applicants lined up against a wall with a two person panel of interviewers. They go down their list and each person introduces themselves, describes their relevant work experience, and something unique about them. After everyone answers they deliberate and say we have a few people we would like to ask a few more questions to and everyone else we will get back to you within the week. If they call your name it is to give you the second round interview sheet. The next interview is with about 12 people and the department heads (about 5 people). They ask you a random question and then pair each person up and you decide what interview question you want to ask and then answer. After that you will get a call or email within the week. I got a call two hours later.

If you were in the Olympics what sport would you play and why?
The initial interview was a smaller group setting that is just a presentation of yourself, I did pretty well and dressed the part. I received a call after two hours to attend an interview a few days later. There were way more people but same thing. A few of us were pulled to the side for up-close interviews and I was offered a position on the spot.

Interview
When you walk into the hiring center you will check in at the front desk. Make sure to arrive more than 15 minutes ahead of time, because it is a group interview and a lot of people will be checking in. The interviewer called us all into a room promptly at the start time and about 60 people were lead into a room.
We all sat down in chairs in a huge circle. One at a time the interviewers called our names and we had to stand up and tell everyone about ourselves and answer a random question. Try to make your answer creative and show your personality. Be friendly and well spoken. Try not to use slang. It's okay to be nervous!
