I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at X (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Much faster and more organized than other companies I've talked to which helped a lot. 1 month from recruiter outreach to offer including Thanksgiving in the middle. Everyone I talked too from recruiter to interviewers were professional and
Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn with call a couple days later, call with the HM the next week (Thanksgiving was in the middle). Was asked for available days to come in for onsite interviews a couple hours after that interview which was scheduled for later the next week. Offer came the week after. Onsites were tough, almost 5 hours of back to back interviews (including lunch) but great people.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
NDA'd for most questions but in general what you would expect: Questions on leadership style, thoughts on the industry and how you would handle certain types of situations both as a manager and with your team.
Very good had a great time loved every second, would come back again. The man was very interesting, funny and his name was can't remember but highly recommended. The interview process was also very fast
Not a great process, ended up giving them all the answers on how to approach the job and project and was ghosted only to find out they hired a internal person.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at X
Interview
1) screening
2) HM interview
3) panel interviews
Made it through the whole process and additions, got ghosted after the final round. Extremely disappointing experience given the amount of prep and effort put.
