Video conference with CTO, mainly discussing their project and the architecture and then on-site with team members and human resources. There was a follow-up meeting with the group Business Head. It was all very friendly and cordial.

Interview
1:1 call with management and recruited. Phone conversation and then a meeting in person with head of department and other employees. Mostly a group interview will all of management. The process usually has more than two interviews and then they let you know about the decision to continue with the process.
