Interview
The round of interviews was challenging and engaging. The interview consisted of three rounds in which you meet with different employees and managers and asked a set of questions. The questions were to inform the interviewer a little bit about you, as well as how you handle different situations.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at XTO Energy (Carlsbad, NM) in Mar 2021
Interview
I interviewed for the AL Tech position in Carlsbad NM in in 3/4/2021. With 2 gents there were several others that were supposed to show up to the meeting but never did. Both gents were extremely unprofessional and it seemed like it was their first interview ever. The main question they kept asking me was "what's the lowest pay you'll take to accept this job" and also what was my current pay rate was at the time so they could compare salaries I guess. Obviously I didn't relay that information. Really show's how much they value their current employees. I have well over 5 years experience of A/L experience and some of the questions they asked regarding the job duties I could tell neither knew much about A/L. I'm sure ExxonMobil is a great company the interviewers were a joke. I have the names of the interviewers but if the company wanted to search the interviewers I'm sure they can backtrack the dates.
