I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Xactly Corp. in Nov 2019
Interview
They make you take a cognitive test and must set a higher standard than the norm of 26-42 to be an analyst. I have never been denied after taking one of these test before. Companies that solely base their standards off test that ask you about what shape is next have a naive highering process and are almost always a bad place to work for.
Recruiter scheduled an interview, then two days before the set date she sends another email canceling the interview (which she mistakenly said was for that day when it was actually the next, unprofessional) telling me that the role had already been filled and to "look out for more postings". Incredibly rude, what kind of company does that? Don't schedule interviews two weeks in advance if you clearly already have suitable candidates. Also really stupid they don't hold your resume/application for other similar positions, instead they expect you to continually apply. After this experience I never want to work here and despise this company.

Question 1
Didn't get to hear any questions due to horrible recruiting.
I applied online. I interviewed at Xactly Corp. (Denver, CO) in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview process was a multi-step process where they took their time to get to know me. It's clear at the point of interviews they care more about whether or not you will be a good fit in their culture and community than anything else.

Question 1
I'll leave these questions private. But like I said earlier, they cared about who I am and how I fit more than anything.
