Interview
Straight forward with initial recruitment screen followed by a hiring manager call. Onsite was 4 hours with 1 hour of presentation followed by 3 hours of 1:1 time with various company representatives.
Phone screen followed week later by one hour on site interview. Walked around the site and oddly we were standing almost the entire time for the interview. Questions were less focused on the job description but instead how well one knows their tech. Gave the impression they moved very quickly. Priority is to add value and keep moving fast.
Indicated next steps included a presentation on a personal engineering project and rounds of interviews with different experts
