Applied online via their website, initial telephone interview followed by a face to face meeting with two team leaders. Standard questions regarding objection handling, sales targets, successes etc. I asked some questions regarding how commission was allocated which the interviewers struggled with ( worryingly). I also asked about the pricing structure for partnership as this is not advertised and I was in line for a role within that team, again the interviewers were unable to answer. Everyone I met was in the late twenties to thirty age group and I got the impression they were just looking for similar people who were less experienced than them to bang out the calls all day for a relatively low cost product( not really account management in my opinion ) - not for you if you're the wrong side of forty and have some initiative, experience or if you can work out percentages ( unlike the interviewers).
