The process was fast and fluently. Recurring team was nice, they keep updating the process with me. Coding test was not too hard. Video interview was just asking some basic behavioural questions.
Logical + technical test, followed by one-way video interview.
Technical was on hackerrank and relatively easy. One-way interview gave two minutes to prepare the question, and one chance to record.

As part of your internship/graduate program, you have just been awarded one of Xeros value awards. Which award were you given, and why did you deserve it?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Xero (Canberra) in July 2023

There are 3 rounds in total for the internship: HackerRank and values testing, pre-recorded video interview, and behavioural interview. I got through the first two rounds and, unfortunately, stopped at round two.
