It is very lengthy and to dam long. I wish they would tell you how the job is during interview. I would hope in the future they do a better job of training future employers.

You need to do the online portion first. I recommend doing ALL of it to prevent having to do the test portion at the offices. If you pass that, you get a call from a machine and answer three or four questions.. After that, you could get called in for a face-to-face.

You've already been late for work once or twice before and have received a warning from your supervisor. On your way to work one morning, someone has a car accident and slows down traffic; you'll definitely be late. What do you do?
If you're applying for a position where you'll be helping customers with technical support, they'll ask several questions about computers/devices. Such as how to find a file, what to do if the internet goes out, etc.
