This was the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL interview processes I’ve ever experienced. I interviewed on a Monday and was told I would hear back as early as Thursday that same week. Instead, I was completely ghosted for four weeks. No updates, no communication, nothing. I even followed up with the recruiter and was ignored. After WASTING AN ENTIRE MONTH OF MY TIME, they finally sent a generic rejection email. This is not just poor communication, it shows a complete LACK OF RESPECT FOR CANDIDATES. It felt like I was being kept on hold as a backup option while they continued searching for someone “better” or cheaper. That kind of behavior speaks volumes about how this company operates. The process was DISORGANIZED, CARELESS, and FRANKLY INSULTING. If this is how they treat candidates, it’s hard to imagine their internal management being any better. Given this level of INEFFICIENCY and DISREGARD for people, it’s not surprising their stock price is where it is. At this rate, it’ll take a miracle to get back to anything resembling its past. Do yourself a favor: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME INTERVIEWING HERE. There are far better companies that actually respect candidates.

I got a mail saying that I was selected for an interview and inquired regarding my availability The interview occurred and the hiring manager explained to me about the position and asked me highlight the key points from my resume. Finally, he asked me about my VISA STATUS (I was on a F-1 student visa and required sponsorship for H-1B). The interview was normal and was conversational. Even though I did not get the position, it was a good interview experience for me.
