I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Xerox (Raleigh, NC) in May 2014
Interview
I had applied online several times before receiving an email for open interviews. Several of us were taken to a room to test for the basic requirements of the job: two listening tests and two typing tests. The tests were fairly low-stress. Then we waited an hour or so for our actual one-on-one interviews. Only a few questions about education and work experience were asked before being offered the position. The training process and wages were discussed at the end of the interview.

Long wait time, take you in a room with computers to finish application process, then wait again to be interviewed, then another room with computers to finish paper work after you are hired.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Xerox (Bethesda, OH) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was good, atmosphere was comfortable, until the manager stepped out of the interview to take a call and never came back until it was over. The interview was don't by the supervisor.

Horrible experience!! When you have a HR person ask you if you are sure you want to work here, that should be a red flag to run. The HR employees were unprofessional and as stated in another review, they truly hire anyone. With a name like Xerox, it was truly misleading. They are entering the call center market and bid for contracts with third parties. If you are someone who has a degree and is a professional, you may have better luck at Walmart.
