I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Xerox (Lexington-Fayette, KY)
Interview
After applying online, I had a phone interview with the recruiter and learned a little about the company and the position. When she was satisfied that I was a good candidate for the job, she informed me that she would be emailing me some links to testing activities. This included testing on data entry speed/accuracy, basic office skills, and questions regarding my workplace personality/ethics. It took a couple days to learn that I had passed everything & the recruiter called to let me know and then proceeded to set up my face to face interview with the hiring manager.
The actual interview was extremely easy, and the manager was very laid back. She told me a little about the job and asked about my previous experience and what my salary requirements were. I was informed on the spot that I had the job, pending the successful background check (which took forever).

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xerox in June 2016
Interview
The interview was very simple, the manager asked me about myself, told me about the position and pay, and showed me around the factory, showing me exactly what I would be doing and periodically asking if I was still interested. Following the interview, I received a call from the recruiter offering me the job and starting the process of the background check, followed by the drug screen. The whole process took about two weeks before my first day.
