Very easy basic questions, name a time when you had a difficult customer, when you had to break a rule, sale me this pen, why should I hire you? First you go through a very monotone interview with HR and then they send to have an interview with a manager of the call center.

Went great interviewers were really friendly went over everything I asked and answered all my questions asked relevant questions pertaining to the job gave the option to use personal or professional scenarios

It was very great, very informative. And the interviewer really knew how to make me feel comfortable. And I'm very happy that I chose them. It was absolutely amazing. I really look forward to working with them in the future
