I obtained an interview through a recruiting agency. Two individuals conducted the interview, putting me at ease, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. Following just one interview, I was hired as a contractor.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Xerox (San Juan, PR)

Too long and offering position was different that the job posting. Two different interviews with different point of view of customer needs. Complete interview duration was 4hrs, too much time for an interview.

The interview process was very open and focused. the steps were phone interview from HR, follow by phone interview Operations SVP, next was the work skill test and finally a group/panel interview with the team.
