Xerox .NET Specialist interview questions

I went through 3 interview process. All recruiters were really nice. 1st was phone interview with basic questions such as regarding your experience etc. 2nd was the interview with the current employee. 3rd was on site interview where I was interviewed by 4 people. Interview went for 1 hour and a half. Sounded very promising towards the end and questions were simple so not sure where I could go wrong. Such as why you choose to be a Web Developer or what are the steps required to update database from SQL 5 to SQL 8? I pretty much answered but no response after I left. No reimbursement what so ever. They do not reimburse you for coming to an onsite interview.
