Pretty straightforward 1:1 discussion. Interview was fine and not too testing, seemed like they were mostly getting an idea of personality fit. Had a bad experience working for this company though (long hours above and beyond what was initially advertised due to being short of staff, very little free time)

Informal chat with one of the managers. It was a fairly easy interview. Unfortunately the role itself was awful. I would not recommend this company. Treatment of staff was poor, and often expected to work hours far beyond what contract suggests.
