Job advert was changed a lot shortly before interview, two interviewers took turns to ask questions, one interviewer suggested would tell me the outcome in a few days, weeks pasted no contact about whether I was successful or not, asked them what the outcome was, still no reply after weeks, very unprofessional and disrespectful.
