Applied online. Recruiter contacted me very soon afterward. Phone interview to start with HR representative. Basic screening questions. Then another phone interview with a member of the Product team. Lot's of waiting after that. No real feedback during the phone interview. Seemed very cold. I got the impression that you had to have some real outdoor experience to be seriously considered.
