A phone call with the regional manager as well as the Clinic medical director followed by an invitation for an in person interview at the clinic I currently work. The in person interview was for most of a workday and I got to know a lot of the organization, shadow a physician, eat lunch with other medical providers and get a good feel for the overall culture of the clinic.

Three separate interviews, two of the three being virtual/telephone. The first to screen potential applicants, the second to be interviewed by the clinic supervisor, and the third in person with other providers to assess for compatibility.
